How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order before we ship it. We ship orders Monday-Friday; if your order is placed on a weekend, we will ship it on Monday. All orders are shipped out with UPS Standard/Ground Shipping, and this usually takes 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped from our office in Northern New Jersey.

How do you pack my order?

We hand pack each order in our custom boxes to protect against damage in shipment.

Can I return or exchange A Good Job Box?

Due to the food nature of our snacks, we are only able to accept returns where the product or contents arrive damaged. In these circumstances, please contact us at info@agoodjobbox.org and include your order number and any images of the damaged products, and we will promptly send replacements to you.

I made a mistake in my order, what do I do?

Not a problem! As we ship the same or next day after fulfillment, please contact us to make any corrections within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship outside of the United States at the present time. Please sign up for our newsletter to get updates as we expand our business.

Are your products kosher?

Corporate Ordering

How do I set up a corporate account? 

We’d love to help you get started! Just send us an email at info@agoodjobbox.org or give us a call at 201.565.0957. While you're welcome to place one-off orders online and mark them for your company, setting up a corporate account is a great option—especially if you’re planning to place larger or recurring orders. It’ll make the process smoother and more convenient for you! 

Do you have minimum order quantities? 

Nope, there’s no minimum! Whether you need just one box or a bunch, we’ve got you covered. If you're planning a larger order, feel free to reach out to us at info@agoodjobbox.org—we’re happy to help make things as simple as possible. 

What are the shipping and delivery options for corporate orders? 

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs! We can ship boxes directly to individual recipients, or send them all to one location—it’s up to you. If you’re thinking about a bulk shipment to a single address, just get in touch with us so we can walk you through the details. 

Can I include my company’s swag in the boxes? 

Absolutely! We’re happy to include your company’s branded goodies in the boxes, as long as you provide them to us. Items like stickers or calendars work great, but if you have something bulkier or heavier in mind, we recommend setting up a quick chat with one of our sales associates. That way, we can make sure everything fits and won’t impact shipping too much.
